At BarBacon in New York City, executive chef and owner Peter Sherman is making history with a restaurant centered entirely around our favorite porcine treat. From bacon lobster rolls to a tahini and bacon kale salad, the menu is positively loaded with the cured meat, but the real star of BarBacon’s menu is the artisanal beer and bacon flight.
